Cycling trip with my dearest " IS SCALLOP A FISH? " Ogawa :D

and realised that we were lost.

hahaha, we couldn't find our way out of pasir ris park..

we finally found our way to changi village!

we stopped to top up our bottles!

that woman was making fun of my bike,

just because it didn't have a bottle holder and hers did -.-

along the way, the view was really beautiful.

there was this section full of pine trees,

didn't feel like we were in singapore at all!

we're so tiny compared to the magnificent trees!

after that nice view,

there was this 8km stretch that was just

STRAIGHTTT all the way.

it felt like it was never ever gonna end.

but it did! and this is the next beautiful view (:

after that long ride,

we finally reached our final destination!

YAY! that's the end of our cycling journey. hahaha

we should do this again gawa!

and if only the other girls would join us.

great day (:
cycled at least 20km with Role,
from Tamp all the way to east coast!
intially we got lost quite abit,
but after we found the route we stayed on track (:
there were a few places we cycled through
that were reallyyyyy beautiful.
it didn't even feel like we were in singapore. heh!
it was really a nice ride,
and we got tan at the same time! (:

only down side is
MY LEGS ARE HURTING LIKE CRAZY.
okay maybe one more down side..
MY KA CHNG IS DAMN PAINFUL.

but other than these, we had a great girl bonding time!
HAHAHAHHA. i'll post pics when she uploads them.

basically we started riding in the hot afternoon sun from tamp,
and ending with a nice cool sunset at east coast (:
it's the first time ever i've cycled so far in the day,
the only other time was night cycling like 1893783years ago,
and that was with a big group of us from church.
today was just Role and I and we found our way around! :D

but there's one thing i'm super duper sad about,
I LOST MY WATCHHHHHHHHHHHH.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH )))))))))))))):

k i am dead beat and i still have to work tomorrow.

my weeks at ARC greendale have been great,
i've learned so much already!
i've seen surgeries, skin problems, lumps, ear infections, bone problems, kidney failure, etc.. i made a house call with Dr Lin too! although i probably haven't seen THATTT many cases compared to the bigger hospitals, but i am really thankful that i can even get to see them. being able to work in a clinic really makes what i've been taught in school come alive. You really get to see how everything really falls in place in a case, and how all the dryyyy info really applies. heh it's really a very good experience.

There'll be a change of environment next week for school's SAP though!
Mount pleasant whitley, here i come!
it's gonna be quite a different environment from where i am now, so i'm praying that God'll give me the ability to adapt well.. especially to a much busier place. aye :/

ANYWAYYY, let me introduce Dr.Lin's cat, which is also our clinic's resident cat.
this lovely lady below is EMMYYYYY (:
she's really such a sweet girl and a great beginner's cat.
she'll let you do anything to her man, really. haha
&&, her markings are reallyyyyy pretty.

ain't she just adorable! :D

okay i'll introduce my baby now! HAHAHA
i don't know why but i just decided to call him MO.
he just looks like a 'MO' laa. idk. hahaha.
This handsome boy was found with his leg caught in a drain at east coast and the person just brought him in and kinda left him here. the initial few days he was hissing and spitting and all, but after he felt more secure with us handling him and stuff, he's such a sweet boy!
He's up for adoption but i'm growing so attached to himmmmm
arghhh, stupid occupational hazard thing. poooooness.
unfortunately, i can't keep him! ):
so if anyone's interested in giving him a good and loving home,
please let me knowwww!

btw, it was ther's bday yesterday.

it's been almost 4 years since i last saw you,
but i'm glad we're still keeping in contact & stuff.
I'm so happy to see you happy & doing well,

Thank you God for my results.
i'm just really thankful i didn't get Ds,
altho' i didn't get any As.
but i did get an unexpected B,
and an unexpected C+ for AHD.
pulled up my GPA by a tinyyyyy bit,
but i guess it does matter.

First day at the clinic was great.
i got to see a spay, some wound suturing,
SUPERLY CUTE BRITISH BULLDOG PUPS for vax
and some other cases. ah, finally get to see how it's like.
ohoh, they have a really sweet resident cat too- EMMY.
she's like the best cat ever,
altho' somehow my leg and shoes look like toys to her -.-
pretty tiring tho, especially on busy days,
where the vets see case after case,
sometimes not even being able to take lunch.
Even today, when it's considered quiet,
we already took lunch at like 3+.
i can't imagine the poor vets on really full days.
but i haven't experienced that yet so heh.
the next few weeks should be pretty exciting.

Totally screwed up my games tonight.
128, 156, 160, 114.
WHERE UNDER HEAVEN, did that 128 and 114 come from?!
i guess i was just tired and nua from the day.
yes, tired-ness affects my game.
ey, you need alot of energy to bowl okay.

Okay, i decided i should blog about my awesome yesterday :D

PPH Outing, FULL ATTENDANCE! (:

We were supposed to meet at 11am,
but as usual, everyone was late.
& i stupidly got there on time.
well, people are supposed to be on time anyway but ah whatever.

We ate mos burger for lunch & headed over to the Cathay to watch
MARLEY AND ME! (:
great show, & it really moves you to tears.
ah, you can guess what happened in the cinema la uh? haha

It's really true and so heartwarming.
OKAY, moving on now, before i rush out of the house to catch it again.

After the show, we took a walk from Cathay all the way to far east!
did some shopping & ate chicken rice!
oh trust me, the chicken rice at far east is really good. haha
We stopped by a fruit stall while shopping to get fruit juice,
& woah, they have the largest oranges i've seen so far!
they're REALLY big.

Headed to Bedok with Ther, Den and Jo to get our blood test

& tetanus jab done, while Fio and Role went to meet Role's coach.

The jab and blood test was scary!

wasn't as painful as i expected it to be,

but i really freaked out after he couldn't draw blood from my right arm!

i was like ahh blooddd, come out already man!

apparently my veins are too fine, so he tried with the left arm.

thankfully my blood flowed out, just very slowly.

i felt like i was going to die. hahaha

but ah, the worse is over! Jab & blood test done. YAY.

right now i'm just praying i don't have to take HepB jabs!
